RECIPE OF THE WEEK

Quinoa Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

5 Carrots

4-5 Sticks of Celery

1 onion

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tbsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Sea Salt

2 boxes of Chicken Broth

2 Chicken Breast

2 cups cooked Quinoa

3 bayleaves

Directions:

1. Boil 2 chicken breast until fully cooked. Set aside.

2. Pour 2 boxes Chicken broth into pot. Add bayleaves. Bring to boil.

3. Dice or Chop celery, onions, carrots. Pour into the boiling broth. Reduce heat to Medium and let cook for 10 minutes

4. Shred or chop fully cooked chicken breast. Sprinkle with a light amount of salt and pepper. Add chicken to Broth/Veggies.

5. Add Quinoa to broth/veggies/chicken.

6. Let soup simmer until veggies reach desired softness.

7. Enjoy!

*remember you can always add salt to taste later, better to add too little then too much*
